Affordability claims are based on a comparison of the weighted average of competitors’ plans that are listed on the state-run comparison shopping site and are at least 50% renewable ("Comparable Plans”). On average, Brighten’s plans are over a cent lower per kilowatt hour than Comparable Plans.
